This notice explains how NOVV Analytics LLC (NOVV, we, us) collects and uses personal data when you visit this website, send us an inquiry or subscribe to our news and updates. It is written to meet the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and comparable laws. Where the law of your country gives you more rights, those rights apply.

What we collect
Inquiry form (LET'S TALK): your full name, work email, organization, role if you give it, the description you write, the systems you select, and the page you came from.
Newsletter: your email address, the wording of the consent you gave and the time you gave it.
Technical data: when you use the site, our servers and service providers record standard connection data such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and timestamps. This is used for security and to keep the site running.
Spam protection: form submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm they come from a person. Cloudflare may process connection data for that purpose under its own terms.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site sets only the technical cookies needed to operate the administration area for our staff.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry and prepare a first conversation. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
To send you news and updates when you have subscribed. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send or by telling us through the LET'S TALK form on this site.
To protect the site against abuse and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure service.
To meet legal obligations, such as record keeping where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any engagement that follows, and afterwards for as long as applicable law requires. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are kept for a short period as needed for security.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the site: hosting, email delivery (Resend) and spam protection (Cloudflare). They process data on our behalf under contracts that restrict how they may use it. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where the law requires it.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards available under applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format and to withdraw consent.
