Emails from NOVV Analytics LLC and its affiliated companies (together, NOVV) and any attachments are confidential and intended only for the person or organization to which they are addressed. If you have received a message in error, please tell the sender by replying to it and delete it from your systems. Do not copy, forward or disclose its contents.
Email is not a secure medium. We take reasonable care to keep our messages free of viruses and other harmful content, but we cannot guarantee it, and recipients are responsible for checking attachments before opening them.
NOVV will never ask you to change bank or payment details by email alone. If you receive such a request, confirm it with your NOVV contact through a channel you already know before acting on it.
Emails from NOVV Analytics LLC come from addresses on the novv.link domain. If a message claims to come from NOVV but uses another domain, do not open its links or attachments, and tell us through the LET'S TALK form.
