CAPABILITIES

NOVV connects data, gives it business context and builds the workflows that turn analysis into action.

01DATALINK / CONNECT

Connect your data

Data Federation
Connect the sources that matter.

Useful decisions depend on reliable inputs. We assess the required applications, databases, APIs and files, then design the connections around their available interfaces, update rates and access controls. The system must make missing, delayed or inconsistent data visible. A connected source should also be traceable to the records that support the decision.

What this covers
Source mapping, connectors, batch or event-based updates, validation, lineage and integration monitoring.
What it enables
A dependable view across the records relevant to the operating problem.
02SEMANTICS / MODEL

Understand how your business works

Operational Ontology
Give data a shared business meaning.

A customer, order or asset may appear differently in every system. We connect those representations and define their relationships, states and business rules with the people who understand them. That shared model makes it possible to ask what an event affects, which constraints apply and who owns the response. In physical operations, it can also represent a digital twin of the relevant assets and flows.

What this covers
Entities, relationships, definitions, states, constraints and decision ownership.
What it enables
Consistent context for analysis, people and AI tools.
03TELEMETRY / UNDERSTAND

Find delays and inefficiencies

Process Intelligence
Find where work slows down.

We connect events and records to show where work waits, repeats or leaves the expected path. Analysis focuses on the exceptions people can investigate and the actions available to them. Monitoring frequency follows the source systems. Each view should make clear how current its information is.

What this covers
Event analysis, process delays, exceptions, dependencies and operational alerts. Process mining and predictive methods are selected where the source data and use case support them.
What it enables
A clearer view of where to intervene and what evidence supports that choice.
04AiA / ORCHESTRATE

Put AI into working processes

AI & Orchestration
Put AI inside the workflow.

NOVV orchestrates AI models and tools alongside business rules, analytics and existing applications. OpenAI and Anthropic technologies can support tasks such as interpreting information, assembling context and coordinating approved steps. Each workflow defines what a model may read, which tools it may use, when a person must approve, and what happens if an input or action fails. Model choice follows the task and the deployment constraints.

What this covers
Context retrieval, model routing, tool use, evaluations, approval steps, action logs and failure handling.
What it enables
AI-assisted work with explicit responsibilities and limits.
05ENCLAVE / CONTROL ACROSS THE SYSTEM

Control access and protect your data

Security & Governance
Keep access and action under control.

Permissions and data boundaries are designed across the architecture. We define who can access information, which services receive it, what actions are permitted and how activity is recorded. Deployment options are assessed against the client's infrastructure and requirements. Isolated environments need components that can operate without external services; connected environments can use approved external models and tools.

What this covers
Identity, permissions, data boundaries, auditability, secrets, environment controls and recovery requirements.
What it enables
A system that can be operated and reviewed within agreed boundaries.
SOVEREIGN AI

AI that stays within your boundary.

Run AI on infrastructure you control.

Some organizations cannot send operational data to external AI services, or must keep processing within a specific country, network or facility. NOVV designs AI workflows that run on infrastructure the client controls: on premises, in a private cloud or in an approved region. Models, data, prompts and logs stay within the agreed boundary, and the workflow can operate without calling external AI providers. Available model capabilities depend on the hardware and the models approved for the environment.

What this covers
Locally hosted open-weight models, private model endpoints, retrieval over internal records, model and version control, access and action logs, and operation in isolated or air-gapped environments.
What it enables
AI-assisted work where data location, access and model choice remain under the client's control.
Architecture questions
01Can the system use several AI providers?
Where appropriate, different tasks can use different approved models or tools. Routing, access, evaluation and cost visibility belong in the architecture.
02Can the system run without external AI services?
An isolated deployment requires models and components that can operate locally. External cloud APIs are not part of a fully air-gapped runtime. The available features depend on the approved environment.
03How do you handle delayed or incomplete data?
The system should expose update times and missing inputs. The workflow defines when it can continue, when it needs review and when it must stop.
04Who approves an automated action?
The client defines the authority boundaries. Some workflows remain advisory, some require explicit approval and others may execute a defined action within agreed limits.
Existing technology

Start with the systems you already depend on.

Discovery may include SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, warehouse and transport systems, production software, SQL databases and spreadsheets. We assess actual interfaces and versions before defining integration scope.
